Welcome to My Skincare Journey ✨

I started my skincare journey in June 2025—but let me take you back a bit. In April, my life was in shambles… life was life’n, okay?! I was stuck in a job with zero work-life balance, constantly overwhelmed, and carrying physical and mental stress like it was a full-time hobby. My beautiful face was deteriorating—sun damage, dark spots (hyperpigmentation), papules, and uneven texture. And listen… I never even went through an acne phase growing up, so I was DEVASTATED.

I needed peace. I needed stability. I needed change. I needed me.

So, I left that job and explored a few paths. A massage train-to-hire program caught my attention, so I applied and prepared for what I thought was an interview. Little did I know… it was actually a tour at Aveda Institute in South Florida. The “train” was enrolling in school and getting my state license; the “hire” came after graduation. Cool and all… but then they asked me one question that changed everything:

“What were you doing before applying for the program?”

I told them exactly what you just read—no balance, stress, my skin fighting for its life. Because of that, they tried to enroll me in cosmetology. And I said, “F*%/ NO! I don’t want ANYTHING TO DO WITH HAIR!” (Excuse my language… I didn’t mean to say that out loud lmaooo.) We laughed, I explained how important it was for me to choose something that wouldn’t have my skin looking like Freddy’s, and they recommended the esthiology program.

Now THAT made sense. My mind was made up. I’m becoming a full specialist esthetician before the year is over.

And here I am… 32 days away and already transforming—inside, outside, and skin-deep. Welcome to my space. Welcome to my journey. Welcome to the glow. ✨
